Job Description
Creating general training courses & instructional materials in English for a department composed of International agents.
In charge of general professional knowledge building for all department employees.
Prepare new employees for work in a telemarketing and sales environment.
Train existing employees for other various roles in the department.
Continued in-depth training for advanced knowledge development within the department.
One on one follow-up training / QA and reinforcements for the agents.
Compose training materials and instructional guides in English (Word and PowerPoint)
Communication and coordination with external training companies.
Coordination between department teams regarding knowledge building and cooperation.
Position Requirements
English at a mother tongue level.
At least 3 years experience in training employees in a sales oriented environment, including telemarketing in English.
Experience in developing training programs and adapting them to company changes.
Experience from the online gaming industry - an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure with heavy task loads.
Target and sales oriented.
Ability to work long hours as needed.
